Team Warrior Training: South Palm Beach (Monday)
90minute cardio session incorporating work on the land and in the water – during winter it is restricted to the land.
Expect combinations of running, stairs, interval work, boxing, body weights & abdominal work. You only need to bring running gear (including running shoes), as well swimming gear (swimmers, goggles, cap if required) during the warmer months.
Team Warrior Training: South Palm Beach (Wednesday & Friday)
A 90minute water session for those with a fair level of surf experience.
(Palm Beach is not renowned for dangerous surf, but every beach has its day)
Along with being a playground to the rich and famous, Palm Beach is the Warrior’s playground for an all over body training session. Beach, stairs, ocean, pool, chin bars…endless variation.
This session requires swimming ability, some surf knowledge, as well as your choice of surf craft (paddle board or surf ski), and swimming equipment (goggles & a cap for winter is a good idea!).
The group trains rain, hail or shine; and all year ‘round, so a wetsuit is recommended during winter.
Team Warrior: Pain in the Domain (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
A cardio session that will test you, no matter what your fitness level!
This session was originally started to suit the ‘corporates’ working in the city on their lunchbreak. They wanted to invigorate their afternoon & have a laugh before heading back to hit the computers. If you have not tried working out during your lunchbreak, make it a priority – it will change your working life & productivity! Not to mention your body.
Monday & Wednesday sessions include running, stairs, interval work as well as upper body & abdominal work. Friday’s session differs slightly and includes the above as well as boxing, tug’o’war & relay races.
The group leaves at 12.40pm sharp at the fountain located opposite the Mitchell Library in the CBD.
Team Warrior Training: Australia’s Muscle Beach, Newport (Monday, Wednesday)
Experience the weights session of a lifetime in the Warrior’s pit – an outdoor gym built on sand. Bring your usual workout gear, including runners.
The group trains rain, hail or shine…so if it’s raining, you’re going to get wet! It’s a world apart from your usual gym routine – lifting weights in the open air; day or night. Something you have to experience.
Warrior Training: The Warrior Special (Sunday)
Meet at 8.00am at North Palm Beach car park.
Be ready for the ultimate 90-minute life changing experience! Enough said!
